Education: Masters degree in engineering, IHR-CTL/1987, – Gent, Belgium Athletic Background: Born in Antwerp, Belgium in 1964; multiple Belgian National Championships (high school, college, First National Division in Olympic Team Handball); First National Division and European League semi-pro Team Handball.
Background: USAT Triathlon All American, triathlon experience in all distances, Boston Marathon qualifier and participant in 2009 and 2011.
Family: Married to Birgit, a Belgian trained and licensed physical therapist. Two kids who are IronKids National qualifiers in 2010 and state qualified swimmers.
Fee Schedule:
A: Customized Training Plan, based on your goals, and current fitness condition. Updated to adjust for missed training days, change of goals, etc. as often as needed. Review and analysis of completed training sessions and race by mean of analyzing data from any type of training device. Training plan adjustments based on current training loan and fatigue levels. Includes Training Peaks account. Weekly one-on-one workout for 30 min or bi-weekly for an hour. Monthly performance testing in all three sports (swim, bike and run). Monthly body composition test. Unlimited nutritional review and weight control advice. Nutrition plan for race day. Designed for the competitive athlete.
- $390/month plus one-time $50 set up fee
B: Customized Training Plan, based on your goals, and current fitness condition. Weekly updates to adjust for missed training days, change of goals, etc. Includes Training Peaks account. Bi-weekly one-on-one workout for 30 min or bi-monthly for an hour. Monthly performance testing in all three sports (swim, bike and run). Monthly body composition test. Weekly nutritional review and weight control advice. Nutrition plan for race day. Designed for the athlete that needs a customized plan or an athlete that wants to improve results. •
- $220/month plus one-time $50 set up fee
C: Customized Training Plan, based on your goals, and current fitness condition. Monthly updates to adjust for missed training days, change of goals, etc. Monthly one-on-one workout for 30 min or every other month for an hour. Monthly testing to asses fitness gains. Body composition test every two months. Designed for the beginner athlete.
- $140/month plus one-time $50 set up fee
D: Customized Training Plan, based on your goals, and current fitness condition. Monthly updates to adjust for missed training days, change of goals, etc. On-line option.
- $90/month plus one-time $50 set up fee
Other Fees:
- One on One Private Training (swim, bike, run) $60/hour (plus facilities fees)
Initial consultation includes: assessment of goals, choosing and prioritizing races, and gathering of information necessary to create training schedules
